Basic ingredients

  • 1 kg Beef
  • 2 pcs Onion
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Smoked red paprika
  • 200 g Peas
  • 2 pcs Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Lard or oil
  • 200 g Porcini mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Potato starch (Solamyl)

Postup prípravy

Steps

Cut 1 kg of beef into cubes.

Put lard or oil into a pot and fry 2 finely chopped onions.

Add the meat to the onion.

Salt and season it (ground black pepper).

Add smoked red paprika, peas and carrot (thicker rounds).

Finally, add the soaked porcini mushrooms.

Pour in some water.

Braise for about 40 minutes (ideally in a pressure cooker).

Thicken the finished meat with potato starch (mix the starch with a little water).

Serve with mashed potatoes.
