Basic ingredients
- 250 g Granulated sugar
- 250 g Butter (Hera)
- 5 g Salt
- 397 g Sweetened condensed milk (Salko)
- 250 g Ground walnuts
- 4 pcs Cake wafers
Coating
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 100 ml 33% cream

Steps
Put 250 g of granulated sugar into a deep pot.
Caramelize it.
When it has a brown color, gradually add the butter and stir well each time.
!!! Be CAREFUL, as it may foam up !!!
Then add 5 g of salt and about 400 g of Salko (condensed milk).
Cook over low heat for about 3 minutes.
Then stir in the ground walnuts and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Spread 1/3 of the nut mixture evenly onto a cake wafer, cover it with a wafer and repeat the process (press firmly).

Put the wafer cake in the fridge and weigh it down with a tray and some weight (2 kg packets of rice).

Let it rest overnight.
Trim and even out the edges.
The next day, melt the dark chocolate with 33% cream over low heat.
Dip the wafer cake into the chocolate (use your imagination :)).
Let it cool and serve.
