- 550 g Semi-coarse flour
- 270 ml Warm water
- 20 g Fresh yeast
- 1 Sugar
- 1 Salt
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 pcs Egg

Steps
First, take a glass with 270 ml of warm water, crumble 20 g of fresh yeast into it and add 1 tsp of sugar.
Mix it very well and let the yeast with the water rest for about 10 minutes, until a slight foam forms.
Then put 550 g of sifted semi-coarse flour into a bowl.
Add the starter, 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, 1 egg and 1 tsp of salt to the flour and mix it very well.
Dust the well-worked dough with flour and let it rise in a turned-off oven for 60 minutes.
Put the risen dough on a work surface, divide it into two halves and shape two dumplings.

Next, take a pan with a deeper bottom, pour 100-200 ml of water into it and place a steamer rack inside.

Put the dumpling on the steamer rack and steam it just below boiling point for 15 minutes (cover the pan so the steam does not escape).

Pierce the finished dumpling with a fork through the whole center.
