Basic ingredients
- 1 Pork meat
- 1 Button mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 1 Lard
- 1 Broth
- 2 pcs Bay leaves
- 1 Allspice
- 1 Garlic
- 1 All-purpose flour
- 1 Grilling seasoning
- 1 Ground red paprika
- 1 Tomato paste
Postup prípravy
Steps
In lard, fry the finely chopped onion until golden.
Then remove the onion.
Add lard again and heat it.
Season and salt the pork slices (pound them flat).
Coat the slices in a mixture of all-purpose flour, ground red paprika and grilling seasoning.
Place the meat into the heated pan and fry on both sides.
Add the onion, broth and finely chopped button mushrooms.
Cook briefly and add 2 bay leaves, allspice, pressed garlic (to taste) and season with salt.
Cover and braise until tender.
When the meat is almost done, add a little tomato paste to the sauce and cook briefly.
Do not thicken the sauce; it thickens on its own from the meat.
