Dough
- 500 g Semi-coarse flour
- 42 g Fresh yeast
- 2 pcs Egg yolks
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 250 ml Milk
- 15 g Baking powder
- 200 ml Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
Filling
- 1 Quark
- 1 pcs Egg
- 1 Vanilla sugar
- 1 Cinnamon sugar
- 1 Raisins
For brushing
- 1 pcs Egg white
For sprinkling
- 1 Powdered sugar

Steps
Put the sifted flour, crumbled yeast, egg yolks, powdered sugar, milk, baking powder, oil and a pinch of salt into a bowl and work a dough.
Knead it for about 15-20 minutes.
Divide it into 8 parts.
Meanwhile, prepare the quark filling (quark, egg, vanilla sugar, cinnamon sugar and raisins).
Of course, you can prepare various fillings (walnut, poppy seed, jam).
Roll out each part thin and cut it into 4 triangles, onto which you put a little filling.
Shape the crescents.
Spread them out on a greased tray further apart (or you can use baking paper).
Brush them with beaten egg white and let them prove for 10 minutes.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10-15 minutes (keep an eye on them) until golden.
Sprinkle the baked crescents with powdered sugar.
