  • 1 Potatoes
  • 1 Semi-coarse flour
  • 1 pcs Egg
  • 1 pinch Salt

For sprinkling

  • 1 Poppy seeds
  • 1 Sugar

For drizzling

  • 1 Butter

Postup prípravy

Steps

Take the potatoes and peel them.

Boil and mash them.

Add semi-coarse flour and an egg to the potatoes and work a stiffer dough into the shape of a roll.

Cut the dough into smaller pieces (šúľance) and cook them briefly in salted water.

Drain and mix with poppy seeds, sugar and a pinch of salt.

Finally, drizzle our šúľance with melted butter.
