Dough
- 300 g Semi-coarse flour
- 23 g Fresh yeast
- 150 ml Semi-fat milk
- 1 pcs Egg yolk
- 1 pinch Pinch of salt
- 50 ml Oil
- 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
Filling
- 200 g Ground walnuts
- 5 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 0.5 pcs Vanilla sugar
- 30 ml Semi-fat milk

Steps
First, take a glass with 150 ml of warm milk (not hot, be careful).
Crumble 23 g of fresh yeast into the milk.
Next, add 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar and mix well.
Set the glass with milk and yeast aside for about 10 minutes, until a film forms.
Meanwhile, crack an egg and take the yolk.
Sift 300 g of semi-coarse flour into a large bowl.
Add the yolk, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp of granulated sugar and 50 ml of oil to the flour.
Add the prepared starter.
Mix everything thoroughly and work the dough.

If the dough is too runny, add flour.
Dust the dough with flour, cover it and let it rise for about 1 hour.
The dough should double in volume.
For the filling, heat 30 ml of semi-fat milk and mix in 200 g of ground walnuts.
Add 5 tbsp of granulated and 0.5 pcs of vanilla sugar.
Set the filling aside.
Take out the dough and roll it into a rectangle.

Spread the walnut filling onto the dough and carefully roll up the roll.

Brush the roll with oil and place it on a tray with paper.
Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
