Dough
- 8 pcs Eggs
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 300 g All-purpose flour
- 250 g Unsalted butter
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 500 ml Water
Vanilla cream
- 7 tbsp Sugar
- 1 l Milk
- 4 pcs Zlatý klas (custard powder)
- 270 ml Whipping cream
- 3 pcs Egg yolks
Whipped cream
- 270 ml Whipping cream
- 2 tbsp Sugar

Steps
First, take a pot, pour in 500 ml of water and add 2 tbsp of sugar and 0.5 tsp of salt.
Add 250 g of unsalted butter to the water, put the pot on the stove and melt the butter in the water.
Once the butter has melted, lower the temperature and add 300 g of all-purpose flour.
Mix everything over low heat and be careful not to burn the dough.
Let the dough cool for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, pour 850 ml of milk into a second pot.
Pour 150 ml of milk into a smaller bowl, add 3 egg yolks and 160 g of Zlatý klas and mix everything very well.
Add 7 tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla aroma to the milk (850 ml).
Pour the Zlatý klas through a sieve into the milk (850 ml) and cook, stirring constantly, until the filling thickens.
Let the filling cool.
To the cooled dough, gradually add 8 eggs and mix with a mixer.
Shape the dough using a kitchen tool.

Bake the dough at 250 °C for 10 minutes.

While the dough bakes, prepare the whipped cream: blend 270 ml of whipping cream with 2 tbsp of granulated sugar and add it to the cooled vanilla filling (blend).
We have the vanilla cream now, and it remains to make the whipped cream filling.
Blend 270 ml of whipping cream with 2 tbsp of granulated sugar using a mixer.
After 10 minutes, take out the baked dough and let it cool.
