Basic ingredients
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 500 g Sauerkraut
- 300 g Sausage
- 200 g Bacon
- 100 g Kapia pepper
- 2 pcs Bell pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Red paprika (spice)
- 0.5 tsp Ground caraway
- 50 ml Oil

Steps

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and boil them until half-soft.

Fry the sauerkraut, sausage and bacon in oil (or lard).

After a while add the kapia and bell pepper and mix well (sauté until soft).

Put the potatoes and the other ingredients into a baking dish and, before baking, add salt, ground black pepper, red paprika (spice) and ground caraway, and mix well.

Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes (keep an eye on it).
