Basic ingredients

  • 5 pcs Egg yolks
  • 500 ml Sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Ground black pepper
  • 1 pcs Lemon

Separate the yolks from the whites of 5 eggs.

Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper to the yolks and mix briefly.

Gradually, while mixing with a mixer, add 500 ml of sunflower oil until a thick emulsion forms.
