- 100 ml Lukewarm water
- 23 g Yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 600 g All-purpose flour
- 20 ml Oil
- 200 ml Semi-fat milk
- Sesame seeds
- 1 pcs Egg

Steps
First, take a larger bowl and sift 600 g of all-purpose flour.
Add 2 tsp of salt to the sifted flour.
Pour 100 ml of lukewarm water into a glass.
Add 23 g of fresh yeast and 1 tsp of granulated sugar to the water and mix very well.
Set the water with yeast aside for 10 minutes and wait until a slight foam forms (that is how you know the yeast has reacted properly).
After 10 minutes, add 20 ml of oil to the flour.
Finally, add the starter and 200 ml of milk to the flour.
Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough (you can also use a kitchen robot).
Dust the worked dough with flour and cover it with a kitchen towel.
Personally, I let the dough rise in a turned-off oven for 60 minutes.
Put the risen dough on a work surface.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and roll them out.

Roll them up and place them on a tray.

Let them rise for 60 minutes.
Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame and bake at 210 degrees for 25 minutes.

Let it cool and serve.
