  • 10 pcs Stale rolls
  • 500 ml Hot milk
  • 1 Coarse flour

For filling

  • 1 Plums

For coating

  • 1 Poppy seeds or nuts
  • 1 Powdered sugar
  • 1 Melted butter

Take 10 stale rolls and chop them.

Pour 500 ml of hot milk over the rolls and let them soak.

Then add enough coarse flour to get a stiff, non-sticky dough.

Next, halve the plums and wrap each one in dough.

You do not have to roll the dough out, just tear off as much as you need each time.

Drop the prepared dumplings into boiling water.

Cook for about 10 minutes.
