Basic ingredients
- 800 g Pork meat
- 3 pcs Onion
- 1 tsp Ground caraway
- 50 g Lard
- 2 tsp Ground red paprika
- 1 tsp Goulash seasoning
- 5 pcs Allspice
- 2 pcs Bay leaf
- 300 g Homemade lecho
- 3 pcs Garlic
- 0.5 tsp Chili seasoning
- 1 tsp Marjoram

Steps

In lard, braise plenty of onion with ground caraway until soft.

Then add the pork meat and brown it so it releases its juices.

Next, add ground red paprika, goulash seasoning, allspice and a bay leaf to the meat.

Pour water over the meat and cook.

When the meat is soft, add homemade lecho (or pepper and tomato separately) and pressed garlic.

If you like it spicy, add chili seasoning or a chili pepper.

Before the end, salt it and add marjoram.

The goulash does not need to be thickened.

Serve with a homemade dumpling.
