Basic ingredients
- 1 pcs Pork tenderloin
- 1 Bacon
- 1 Dried porcini mushrooms
- 1 Button mushrooms
- 1 Olive oil
- 1 Salt
- 1 Ground black pepper
- 1 White pepper
- 1 Mushroom seasoning
- 1 pcs 33% cream
- 2 tbsp Butter

Steps
Trim the membrane off the pork tenderloin, salt and season it (ground black pepper).
Wrap it in bacon and sear it on all sides in a pan.
Place the tenderloin on a baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius (keep an eye on it).
Soak the dried porcini mushrooms in water (about 15 minutes).
Slice the brown button mushrooms.
Fry the button mushrooms in olive oil, then add the soaked porcini together with the water.
Simmer for a while.
Then add salt, white pepper and mushroom seasoning.
Pour in the 33% cream and let it reduce.
Finally add 2 tbsp of butter.
As a fancy side dish you can serve baked potatoes with bits of thyme (or parsley leaves).
