  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 1 kg All-purpose flour
  • 1 kg Semi-coarse flour
  • 500 g Sauerkraut
  • 200 g Bacon
  • 50 ml Oil

Boil the peeled and chopped potatoes.

Do not pour off the water.

Mash them in the water.

Add all-purpose and semi-coarse flour (1:1) so that a thicker mash forms.

Cover and let it stand for about 15 minutes so the flour cooks in the hot potatoes.

Form little balls.

Fry the sauerkraut with bacon in hot oil.

Mix the balls with the fried sauerkraut and bacon.
