Dough
- 3 pcs Eggs
- 200 g Cane sugar
- 180 ml Oil
- 200 ml Milk
- 2.5 cup Semi-coarse flour
- 1 pcs Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- 1 Strawberries
Filling
- 250 g Soft quark
- 1 cup Coconut
- 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 1 pcs Egg white
- 1 tbsp Corn starch
- 1 pcs Vanilla sugar
For sprinkling
- 1 Powdered sugar
Postup prípravy
Steps
Whip 3 eggs with 200 g of cane sugar.
Gradually add all the ingredients (180 ml of oil, 200 ml of milk, 2.5 cups of semi-coarse flour, 1 baking powder and 2 tbsp of cocoa).
Pour the batter onto a greased and dusted tray (or baking paper).
Put 250 g of soft quark, 1 cup of coconut, 3 tbsp of powdered sugar, 1 egg white (not whipped), 1 tbsp of corn starch and 1 vanilla sugar into a large bowl and mix it well together (using a mixer).
Put the filling into a piping bag.
Pipe the filling onto the top of the batter (waves, circles, lattice - use your imagination).
Finally, place the strawberries.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes (keep an eye on it).
Sprinkle the baked cake with powdered sugar.
