Dough
- 6 pcs Eggs
- 5 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp Semi-coarse flour
Filling
- 200 g Strawberry jam
For the top
- 270 ml Cooking cream
- 100 g Cooking chocolate
- 50 g Coconut
- 50 g Nuts

Steps
As the first step, take 6 eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.
Put the whites of 6 eggs into a larger bowl.
Whip the whites into a foam.
Then take 6 yolks, add 5 tbsp of granulated sugar to them and whip a foam.
Gradually add the whipped whites and 6 tbsp of sifted semi-coarse flour to the whipped yolks.
Mix everything well, gently and with love.
Pour the batter onto a tray.
Bake the batter for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (keep an eye on it).
Take the baked base and spread it with strawberry jam.
Roll up the base from the bottom upwards (from the larger side).
Pour 270 ml of cooking cream into a pot.
Add 100 g of dark chocolate.
Melt the chocolate.
Divide the roll into two parts and coat each part with chocolate. Add coconut to one part and nuts to the other. Let the rolls chill well (in the fridge). Enjoy your meal.
