  • 1 Butter
  • 1 Carrot
  • 5 tbsp Peas
  • 5 tbsp Button mushrooms
  • 2 pcs Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 Chicken broth
  • 1 Cheese

  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Ground black pepper
  • 1 Curry powder

First, cut 1 onion into the smallest possible pieces.

Sauté the onion in butter.

Next, add finely chopped carrot, 5 tbsp of peas and 5 tbsp of button mushrooms.

Cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes and add them to the vegetables (the chicken must seal nicely on all sides).

Then add 1 cup of rinsed rice.

Season with salt, ground black pepper and curry powder (to taste).

Pour in the broth and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
