- 1 roll of yeast dough
- 1 apple
- Lemon
- Cinnamon sugar
- 1 egg
- Melted butter

Steps
Core the apple, peel it, chop it finely and sprinkle it with lemon.
Melt a piece of butter.
Finely chop the walnut kernels.
Unroll the sheet of dough. Brush it with melted butter and sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar. Cover one half of the dough with the chopped pieces of apple and walnuts. Fold the other half of the dough over it. Cut the dough prepared this way into 5 strips, which you then roll up into a snail shape.
Place the rolls on a tray with a non-stick surface and brush them on all sides with beaten egg.

Put them into an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 20-25 minutes - until golden. This applies to a fan oven.
Dust the baked rolls with sugar.
