Basic ingredients
- 600 ml 33% whipping cream
- 280 g 70% dark cooking chocolate
- 380 g Condensed milk

Steps
Pour 380 g of condensed milk into a pot.
Add 280 g of dark chocolate to the milk.
Over low heat, melt the chocolate while stirring constantly.
Let the melted chocolate cool.
Next, take 600 ml of whipping cream and whip it with a mixer.

Add a little of the whipped cream to the chocolate and mix gradually.

Blend the whipped cream with the chocolate using an immersion blender.
Finally, add the blended chocolate to the whipped cream and mix.

Pour what you have just prepared into a container, seal it with cling film and put it in the freezer for 10 hours.
