Dough

  • 600 g All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Pork lard
  • 1 pcs Sour cream (pochúťková)
  • 40 g Fresh yeast
  • 400 ml Lukewarm milk
  • 1 tsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 pcs Egg

For filling

  • 1 Ground cracklings

First, make a starter.

Put sugar and yeast into the milk and let the starter rise.

Put the sifted flour, salt, pork lard and sour cream into a bowl and knead a dough.

Let the dough rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.

Roll out the dough and spread it with ground cracklings.

Fold the dough into thirds and roll it out again.

Let it prove for another 20 minutes.

Cut out shapes with a glass and let them prove a little again.

Place them on a tray lined with baking paper and brush them with egg.

Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
