Main ingredients

  • 10 pcs Eggs
  • 70 g Canned peas
  • 50 g Canned corn
  • 50 g Ham
  • 0.5 pcs Onion

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Chili mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Full-fat mustard

Add 1 tsp of salt to a pot of water and put in 10 medium-sized eggs.

Bring the water to a boil and cook the eggs for 10 minutes.

Cut the onion into the smallest possible pieces.

Put the canned corn, peas and chopped onion into a larger bowl.

Add salt, ground black pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

Mix all the ingredients well and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Cut the ham into small pieces.

Peel the boiled eggs, cut them in half and take out the yolks.

Add the yolks to the base and mix well.

Add the mayonnaise and chili mayonnaise.

Cut the egg whites into crescents and add them to the base.

Add the full-fat mustard and mix everything well.

Cover the salad with film and put it in the fridge for 3 hours.

Before serving, you can decorate with parsley leaves.
