Dough
- 800 g Semi-coarse flour
- 500 ml Lukewarm milk
- 100 ml Oil
- 40 g Fresh yeast
- 1 pinch Granulated sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
Filling
- 250 g Hera (vegetable fat)
- 2 pcs Egg yolks
- 1 pinch Salt
- 8 pcs Garlic
Postup prípravy
Steps
First prepare the starter.
Add granulated sugar and yeast to the milk.
Let it rise.
Weigh out the flour, add salt and oil.
When the starter has risen, add it to the flour.
Knead the dough until smooth and let it rise in a warm place.
Put the Hera fat, egg yolks, salt and garlic into a bowl.
Whisk everything together into a foam with a whisk.
Once the dough has risen, put it on a board and divide it into 3 parts. Roll each part to 1/2 cm thickness, spread it with the filling and roll it into a log. Brush it with beaten egg white into which you add salt. Cut into triangles, sprinkle the top with cheese and sesame (as you like) and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (keep an eye on it).
