- 3 pcs Whole eggs
- 300 g Granulated sugar
- 200 ml Oil
- 3 tbsp Jam
- 0.5 l Milk
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- 1 pcs Gingerbread spice
- 400 g All-purpose flour
For the top
- 1 pcs Dark chocolate
- 1 pcs Butter
- 1 pcs Strawberries
- 1 pcs Jam

Put 3 whole eggs, 300 g of granulated sugar, 2 dl of oil, 3 tbsp of jam, 0.5 liter of milk, 1 tsp of baking soda, 2 tbsp of cocoa, 1 gingerbread spice and 400 g of all-purpose flour into a large bowl.

Mix it well and pour it onto a tray pre-brushed with butter.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

Let it cool.

Spread jam on top (to your taste).

Finally, melt the dark chocolate with butter and pour it over the cake.

Sprinkle the cake with strawberries and chill it.
