Dough
- 450 g All-purpose flour
- 150 g Powdered sugar
- 1.5 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 pcs Egg
- 100 g Palmarín (margarine)
Cream
- 1 l Milk
- 2 pack Zlatý klas (custard powder)
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 5 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 4 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 30 g Vanilla sugar
- 250 g Butter (Hera)
Whipped cream
- 750 ml Whipping cream
Postup prípravy
Steps
Work a dough from all the ingredients listed above.
Divide it into two parts.
Roll it out onto a tray.
Prick it with a fork.
Bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
Let it cool.
Repeat twice.
Cook a thick paste from all the ingredients listed above (except the butter, which we use later).
Let the custard cool.
Once cooled, whip it with 250 g of butter (Hera).
Let the whipped cream chill.
Whip a thick cream from 750 ml of whipping cream.
Spread the custard cream onto the bottom sheet and level it.
Spread the whipped cream onto the custard and level it again.
Finally, place the top sheet and press it down a little with your hands.
Put it in the fridge overnight.
The next day, cut into cubes and dust with powdered sugar through a sieve.
