- 500 ml Hot milk
- 1 Coarse flour

Take 10 stale rolls and chop them.

Pour 500 ml of hot milk over the rolls and let them soak.

Then add enough coarse flour to get a stiff, non-sticky dough.

Next, halve the plums and wrap each one in dough.
