- 1 kg Potatoes
- 300 g Semi-coarse flour
- 3 tsp Salt
- 1 Butter

First, boil 1 kg of potatoes (in their skins) and peel them.

Mash the boiled and peeled potatoes and let them cool.

Add 300 g of semi-coarse flour and 3 tsp of salt to the potatoes.

Work a dough.

Divide the dough into smaller parts and roll them out.

Bake on a dry pan.

Brush the finished lokša with melted butter.

With the potato lokša I recommend KEFIR (acidophilus milk).
