Put 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, 9 tbsp of powdered sugar, 9 tbsp of oil, 9 tbsp of milk, 12 tbsp of semi-coarse flour and 1 tsp of baking powder into a large bowl.
Whip everything well and pour it onto a tray.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
Prepare the filling: mix 1 kg of soft quark, 3 eggs, 2 vanilla sugars, lemon zest and sugar to taste well, and pour it onto the pre-baked dough.
Sprinkle with frozen fruit (raspberries, strawberries).
Pour the second batter (same composition as the first) over the filling.
If you want a two-color cake, add 2 tbsp of cocoa to the top batter, but reduce 2 tbsp of semi-coarse flour.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
Finally, let it cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
