Dough
- 150 g Cera (fat)
- 250 ml Water
- 150 g Fine flour
- 6 pcs Eggs
Filling
- 500 ml Milk
- 2 pack Zlatý klas (custard powder)
- 150 g Granulated sugar
- 30 g Vanilla sugar
- 200 ml Whipping cream
Whipped cream
- 750 ml Whipping cream

Steps
Melt 150 g of Cera in 250 ml of water and add 150 g of fine flour (stirring constantly until a dough forms).
Let it cool.
Then take 6 eggs, beat each egg and mix it in.
A runny batter forms.
Divide the batter into 2 parts.
Spread it onto a greased tray.
Bake at 230 degrees Celsius until light brown (keep an eye on it).
Mix 500 ml of milk, 2 packs of Zlatý klas, 150 g of granulated sugar and 30 g of vanilla sugar well together and cook a thick custard.
Let it cool.
Then take 200 ml of cream and whip it, then add it to the custard and mix well.

Next, take 3 creams and whip them into whipped cream.
On the first sheet of dough, spread the vanilla cream and then the whipped cream, and cover it with the second sheet. You can decorate the cake with melted dark chocolate. The cake needs to be chilled well. Enjoy your meal.
